How does The Living Gallery frame work?

Upon subscribing to Living Art, you will receive a premium digital canvas in the mail. Simply plug it in, and every two weeks, the artwork will mysteriously shift to a new collection, consisting of some of my best pieces, some never-before-seen, and some new, all remotely curated.Canceling is easy, by logging into your account. The photo frame device is yours to keep.

When do the monthly collectables ship?

For those on The Treasure Box subscription, collectibles are prepared with intention and shipped around the 15th of each month.

Can I cancel?

Question 4

How long is a photosession?

Accepted Answer

Most shoots require only 1 hour, or 2 at the most. Your session comes with a 3 hour block for incidentals and so that no one feels rushed.

Please arrive camera-ready to maximize the time we have to take amazing photos!

How do you come up with the theme for our shoot?

After receiving your booking confirmation, and based upon the answers you summited, I will contact you with options for a theme.

Can I bring an outfit change?

Accepted Answer

One outfit per scene provides the best results!

If you plan to change outfits during our session, please let me know prior so I may make accommodations!

When will I receive my images?

Accepted Answer

All edits will be returned to you within 2-4 weeks. If you need them sooner. please let me know and I will do my best to expedite.

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

50% of the session fee is required at booking to reserve your time, and is applied towards your total balance.

The balance is due on the day of your session.

Deposits are 100% refundable if you cancel your session within 72 hours prior to our shoot, 50% refundable if cancelled within 48 hours, and non-refundable when cancelled within 24 hours.

There is no fee to reschedule unless you reserved studio space.

Question 10

What exactly do I receive with my booking?

Accepted Answer

You will receive 5-7 images, including 1-2 artistic edits.

You will receive your images electronically and in the highest-resolution possible, allowing you to download and print the images when, where and how you like.  (Please do not alter or edit the images in any way, except for resizing.)

What is the location of our session?

The location will depend on the theme, weather and your group size.

After receiving your booking confirmation, and considering the answers you submitted, I will reach out to you with theme and location options.

You also have the option of shooting in-studio for an additional $200/hr.

Weather
Often times, the rain is a non-issue and can be worked around. In the case of heavy rain, we will reschedule for another day and time.
